Client Relationship Manager – Management Consultancy
Our client is a global management consultancy providing employee benefits, human capital strategies, technology solutions, financial and insurance services.
To meet the demands of a changing business evironment they are now looking to recruit a client/business development specialist who will work with client teams to develop strategies and programmes that will defend and retain existing clients. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the bid process for re-tendering, including proposal submissions, presentation preparation, coaching and indentification of key messages
- Supporting client defence and developing action plans for ‘at risk clients’
- Advising on ongoing client management and business development once re-tender has been succesful
The successful candidate will be an experienced business development leader with a track record of working with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative manner to defend and retain clients. In addition, you will have experience of working with a leading firm within the professional services sector, and possess the ability to lead projects to succesful conclusion by communicating and influencing in a professional and confident manner.
Compensation: £75,000 - £85,000 / year
