First class consumer research experience ideally continuous and ad-hoc? A passion for getting under the consumers skin and really understanding what makes them tick? Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills? This is a lovely opportunity to be closely involved in a major brand rejuvenation and development project – championing consumer understanding and challenging existing thinking to make sure marketing and brand strategies are built on firm consumer driven platforms. If you only have continuous experience, this could be a great opportunity to broaden your skill-set managing ad-hoc qual and quant work.
Our Ideal Candidate
Ideally with a background gained in a leading research agency or FMCG environment, you’ll have a sold grasp of consumer research skills; in particular, you’ll be familiar with continuous retail/market and consumer panel data with a good understanding of the relevant software packages. Ad-hoc experience using qual and quant methodologies for advertising tracking, concept testing, shopper insight etc would be valuable, but what is more important is your curiosity about consumers and passion for working with brands. Strong analytical skills are key together with the ability to turn data into clear and concise practical business recommendations.
