Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Richmond Surrey
Salary: 35-40k + Comms
Our client is currently looking for a new business developer. A strategic thinker who’s experienced enough to develop and implement targeted new business plans as well as put together and present to prospective clients taking a wide ranging portfolio of work, marketing it to its best effect. Also you should not be afraid to get on the phone to chase business! You will be a part of a small team of 10 working closely with the two owners, Marketing Director (at present handling all new business presentations etc) and Creative Director.
A little bit of background
They are a marketing and communications consultancy based in Richmond working with a wide and diverse range of clients across the public and private sectors to deliver creative business solutions. Set up in 1989 and privately owned, they have built up an impressive client base whose requirements are met by a loyal, skilled and talented team.
Areas of expertise include marketing, branding, communications, new media and packaging. They offer a comprehensive in-house service in the following areas:
insight generation
Research and strategy
Copywriting
All aspects of design and artwork, from creative concept to implementation
Online and offline communications
Project management.
