PPC Specialist

Salary: £28K to £35K

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an in-house PPC specialist at one of the UK’s leading property websites.

Key responsibilities

• Understand various marketing objectives across the business and formulate appropriate strategies
• Producing and operating structured optimisation plans including campaign set-up, broadening and refinement of keyword lists, developing ad creative and landing page testing
• Delivery of detailed monthly performance reports
• Management of budgets
• Site analysis and recommendations to optimise campaign objectives

• Co-ordination of paid search alongside other marketing activities e.g. online PR, display advertising as and when required

Skills Required

• A working knowledge of the main PPC networks – AdWords, AdCenter and Yahoo! Search Marketing
• Experience of setting up and running large campaigns including keyword generation and campaign architecture
• Ability to manage large PPC budgets effectively
• Knowledge of effective processes for ongoing optimisation

• A solid understanding of the relationship between paid search and other marketing techniques e.g. natural search – generate ideas for effective co-ordination

Knowledge and experience of other online marketing techniques e.g. SEO, email marketing are desirable, as are technical skills such as SQL, programming etc.
