A market leading parenting club is seeking a Senior SAS Analyst to join it’s Data Services team.

You will have a strong background in DM and analysis using SAS, preferably in a B2C or agency environment.

You will also have excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES: *With one direct report, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of data analytics within the business to support internal and external demands. *As an experienced senior analyst your priority will be re-evaluate, re-invigorate and maximise the use of third party data to build predictive models and deliver insightful analysis. *You will be comfortable explaining your analytical findings to a less-analytical audience in an engaging and motivating way. *You will lead, mentor and motivate a small, but expanding team. *You will be required to interpret complex data and translate this into actionable insight. *You and your team will work collaboratively with online, marketing and research teams to bring data driven intelligence closer to the heart of the business.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*Strong Direct Marketing analysis skills including propensity modelling (logistic regression, CHAID), profiling, data mining, reporting and campaign analysis. *Strong data mining skills using SAS (essential), SPSS, Viper (smartANALYZER) or Business Objects *Preferably people management experience *Communication skills – the ability to translate technical terms to a non-technical audience *Strong presentation skills *Degree caliber candidate *Mentoring, skills development and cross training

LOCATION – Hertfordshire (25 minute direct commute from Kings Cross)
