CLIENT:
This market leading family retailer is seeking a Customer Acquisition & Retention Marketing Manager. You will have come from a direct response and online marketing background and have commercial experience in acquiring and retaining a large customer base.
REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Development and implementation of strategic acquisition and retention plan with set objectives *Management of both internal and external relationships *Responsible for briefing processes *ROI measurement *Budget management *Internal team coordination
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*Commercial marketing experience of direct response marketing and search marketing – essential *Managing external agency experience essential; agency background desirable *Numerate and commercial individual – understanding of ROI and cost per acquisition models *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders *Strong team player *Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment *Self -motivated, detail-oriented and analytical
POSITION – Customer Acquisition & Retention Manager
LOCATION – Hertfordshire, SE England
SALARY – £35k – £45k plus excellent benefits
