Client Relationship Manager

CLIENT:

A leading data centric consultancy is seeking a Client Relationship Manger to join their client services team.

The successful candidate will come from a direct marketing background and have excellent client relationship management and development skills. You will also have analytical capabilities in order to analyse campaign data and manage Direct Mail campaigns.

You will be given the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s leading brands and wok alongside some innovative and inspirational marketeers.

Set in modern offices in the heart of busy London, this fast paced exciting role will allow you to expand on your account management and marketing skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Lead the day to day management of client relationships and manage plans. *Ensure successful and timely campaign delivery to end clients. *Revenue forecasting and reporting for a number of clients. *Excellent knowledge of end client’s business needs. *Collating and analyzing campaign and sales data to reflect insights to clients. *Point of contact for internal stakeholders. *Mentoring / coaching more junior members of the team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

*Excellent working knowledge of direct marketing, database marketing and analysis. *Excellent client facing / management experience. *Budgetary forecasting experience. *Confident in presenting to external clients. *Project management experience (or similar).

POSITION – Client Relationship Manager

LOCATION – Central London

SALARY – £30k – £40k plus excellent benefits and bonus
