Technical Consultant

Urgent contract OR contract to perm!!

CLIENT:

A top insight marketing consultancy based in leafy South West London is urgently seeking a Technical Consultant to join them on a short term contract basis or temp to perm basis.
You will be required to support the technical team with the delivery of consulting led projects.

REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Responsible for the definition, setup, project management and delivery of technical work streams within client projects. *Provide expertise to clients in the CRM / Business Intelligence area *Play a key role in the coordination between the customer insight team, business consultancy and the technical delivery teams. *Ensure that technical solutions are delivered on time, in budget, within scope and with high quality. *Key member of the sales support team and drive further development of the sales story to enrich and enlarge the business, analytical and technical competencies

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experienced candidates only – will need to hit the ground running

*Ideally you will have analytical CRM experiences or experience in the retail environment underpinned with a technical background. *You will have exposure to Client MI or CRM systems (vendor solutions or in-house developed) as well as Campaign Management systems such as Unica, SmartFocus, Epiphany etc. *Excellent knowledge of ETL and Data Warehousing technologies along with Data Modelling best practices *Experience managing complex consulting projects *Able to communicate effectively and positively with stakeholders (internal and external) *Knowledge of structured project management and structured analysis techniques (UML, Process modelling) and Oracle, Business Objects, Data warehousing and reporting projects would be advantageous. *Excellent commercial awareness & consulting skills

POSITION – Technical Consultant – contract!

LOCATION – South West London

SALARY – £300 – £450 per day
