They are a 100% online accommodation business, and provide their visitors with a choice of more than 10,000 properties, that are all available to be viewed and booked online.

They have a unique model, with some clear-cut and differentiated unique selling points, yet they are still widely recognised as the 'number 2' in the market that they operate.

This role will help strengthen the online marketing team and report directly into the Head of e-Commerce, an industry heavyweight (ex-Google) who is recognised across multiple online sectors.

The site is already hugely successful, and in this role, your focus will be to improve revenue and profit through a number of sales initiatives, including: email marketing, campaign management, SEO, PPC, Content and Affiliates and Multivariate testing and analysis.

In this role, you take LEADERSHIP of all Campaign Activities, Analysing existing reports and initiating new reports on key metrics and scoping & testing website changes for Design/IT to implement. You will be responsible for taking what has already been built to the next level. Creativity, flair, innovation, passion, entrepreneurialism and hunger for customer/click acquisition will decide this person.

The client is looking for somebody that has a proven record at delivering marketing and online success, combined with solid interpersonal skills, with 3 years of Online Marketing experience in an online sector (preferably travel / accommodation).

This is a very rare opportunity that will suit a candidate that enjoys working in a lively, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
