Head of Search Marketing - Glasgow

Head of Search Marketing - PPC, SEM - Glasgow, Scotland
Excellent opportunity with one of the UK’s best known integrated agencies in Glasgow, Scotland. We are looking for a senior member of staff to develop a product offering a deliver campaigns with existing UK wide clients, while leading the development of an in-house team of online marketing specialists handling PPC, SEO, SEM and paid search.
Primary Requirements:
• Ability to lead PPC campaign pitches and strategic planning
• Setting-up (PPC) campaigns in all major search engines including Google, MIVA and Yahoo!, including Keyword research and analysis, and development of search creative
• Ongoing management and optimisation of PPC campaigns
• Working with wider digital team to develop/optimise integrated strategies that covers online marketing through to conversion
• Ability work closely with client marketing teams and consultants from major search engines
• Own and develop accounts on a Senior Account Manager or Account Director (preferred) level
• Be proactive and assist with the development of strategic project plans on all integrated campaigns
Other desired knowledge, skills and experience:
• Multilingual PPC campaign management
• Wider experience in online marketing such as search, affiliate and/or online PR would be a definite asset, and the package offered would be adjusted accordingly to suit this experience.
• Organic SEO planning and implementation experience
