Digital Producer job in Glasgow managing website, microsite and online application design and build for an established digital agency. We need a Digital Producer or Project Manager with digital agency experience for this challenging job in Glasgow - you must have experience of scoping, costing, scheduling and managing complex digital projects to be considered.
The Project Manager job in Glasgow entails managing, from start to finish, the development of a number of websites and online applications for well known clients from the UK and abroad. We need someone to be based in the Glasgow studio and work alongside the creative and technical teams to deliver a range of projects incorporating social networking, e-commerce and online community elements.
You will be responsible for developing project plans and on occasion assist in developing site maps, navigation, wire frames and spec documents (working alongside the design and technical teams). You must be able to assess the creative and technical aspects required in a project and translate that into a project plan. As a Digital Producer you have excellent attention to detail a good creative eye as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them to non-technical people. You must also be capable of revising project plans if required, rescheduling resources and ensuring that assets are provided to the teams at the required stage to ensure that the project runs effectively and is delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
You will have to understand all aspects of a web design and build project and be able to communicate with colleagues and clients to ensure every aspect of the project is delivered accordingly. Digital Producer or Project Manager is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - you will have responsibility of liasing with department heads throughout the project and working with them to alter schedules and re allocate resources depending on changing requirements.
