full time Customer Experience Consultant

We deliver innovative and exciting projects for this impressive list of global organisations by creating new thinking, new services, and maximising business results through the design of experiences. We have a reputation for translating brands, business objectives and customers\' needs into practical, value-add solutions across many customer channels.

Over the last 12 months, we have moved into fantastic new offices in Shoreditch, significantly increased our client portfolio and revenue and, as a result, are looking to expand our 18-strong team. We are looking for designers and consultants at various levels who can match our energy, drive and enthusiasm. You will need to deliver great projects and effectively manage clients, enjoy working in a creative, grown up and challenging environment.

Candidate Requirements

To be part of the Seren team, you will need to be a team player who is able to gain trust from clients and colleagues and build credibility through your work. You will be flexible and innovative in your working style, and a highly motivated individual. You will be commercially focused, driven by high personal standards and able to design great customer experiences.

You will have previous consultancy or client experience and demonstrable experience of producing excellent work. Experience in some of the following areas/activities is essential: ethnographic research, usability testing, user research, interaction and UE design, graphic and web design, concept development, branding, product and service design, creative consultancy. A Masters level education in a relevant field is also desirable (or equivalent experience).

We will offer the ideal candidate a very competitive package, including up to 20% annual bonus and 30 days holiday.
